I would love to share my journey into fitness. I've reached my turning point and enough is enough! It is frustrating and I'm not happy. I spent a lot of time changing clothes trying to find the one that would fit me well and not squeeze me.
This is my second week of returning to gym. I don't have a time frame as to when I want to loss weight. I'm just gonna go one day at a time and not stress myself out trying to reach a goal. As long as I'm loosing weight and getting toned, I'm for it. I started slow and still slow but I'm making progress. So, follow me on my journey into fitness.
