Glycemic Index measures the carbohydrates in a particular food based on how quickly the carbohydrates raises blood sugar and insulin levels.  
Low GI = 55 or less - Eat more
Medium GI = 56 to 69 eat moderately
High GI = 70 above - Eat less or avoid if you can.

Hanging Bridge - No More!
I had so many memories crossing this bridge. This was the only bridge that would take us from town to our farm. I remember when I was little, my dad would carry me and my brother, both at the same time and crossed this bridge. It's sad to see that this bridge is gone, no more. The government improvised and built a bigger bridge that even a big vehicle can cross. I guess that's what life is. Nothing can and should remain the same forever, only God's love! I am just thankful and happy for the memories.
