12 years

Image
It has been 12 years since I got married to a man who got overdose with patience. I mean, really, he is the only person I knew who has lots and lots of patience, not only with me but to others around him. I am blessed to have him. Today is Dec. 12(12/12) and it's my 12th year wedding anniversary. God is good! This is Kong (aka Kovu, Kolu)When we arrived here, our good neighbor saw our two dogs and was happy to see them. She said those dogs can scare off the cats who roam around her back yard. But little did she know we have a cat too, oh uh! This is Kong, setting pretty on her back porch.

A Perfect Christmas

Image
My idea of a perfect Christmas Is to spend it with you In a party Or dinner for two Anywhere would do Celebrating the yuletide season Always lights up our lives Simple pleasures are made special too When their shared with you Looking through some old photographs Faces and friends we'll always remember Watching busy shoppers rushing about In the cool breeze of December Sparkling lights, all over town Children's carols in the air By the Christmas tree A shower of stardust on your hair I cant think of a better Christmas Than my wish coming true And my wish is you'd let me spend my whole life with you My idea of a perfect Christmas is to spend it with you

First Chapter

Image
When we moved down here from Fairbanks Alaska, we started a new chapter of our lives. Now, I must say, the first chapter is almost done. We have decided to put our house in the market and move overseas, once this house is sold. That's all I can say for now. I'm looking forward for the second chapter. Abby, my girl, she will be an international dog pretty soon.

Happy December 1st

Image
My friend Angela mentioned about feeder for squirrel that is hard for them to get the seeds out. So, we did some experiment and as you can see, the picture says it all. At first we thought the squirrel got stuck in there, but after few minutes, my husband went out there to check. When he got close to the feeder, the squirrel had quickly jumped out and ran. Happy December 1st everyone.
