Having Problem falling to sleep

Working long hours a day, tired, thinking when I get to bed I'll fall asleep easy.  But no! That's not the case.  Once I'm in bed, I'll be wide awake, my body's tired but my brain still wants to work. I'll be tossing and turning for hours. I'm not getting enough sleep and I don't like it.
My friend told me to do some breathing exercises,  do relaxation technique,  and meditation. I'll try!


  1. Google sleep hygiene, there is excellent information out there. Check consumer reports to. One important hint is to not check your phone before sleeping or when you wake up at night. Good luck.

  2. Thanks Steve, that's a very good suggestions. Starting tonight, I'll be placing my phone far away from bed to which I have to get up if I want to use it.
